A former award-winning journalist for Better Homes & Gardens, Allure, Shape, and GQ, she brings editorial craft and storytelling expertise to every project—making complex ideas feel clear, human, and memorable. She’s led content strategy and brand marketing at Whole Foods Market/Amazon, and LTK, and today partners with health, wellness, and beauty start-ups to articulate what makes them different and translate that into content that earns press, inspires action, and converts customers.
